FoamLinx specializes in cost effective high quality foam cutting CNC machines. Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley about 45 min drive from
San Francisco and 10 min drive from the San Jose Airport.

We are a family owned and operated business and have been designing electro-mechanical systems for the past 25 years for the medical and the printing industries. We have in-house expertise in Hardware, software, mechanics and motion control (stepper and servo control).

Our hot wire Foam Cutters are designed to cut Expanded Polystyrene (EPS, XPS) EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) and XPE foam (Semi-rigid polyethylene foam)

With over 500 foam cutters (for EPS, EPP and PU foams) sold worldwide, we continue to improve our cutters and are designing and producing cutters for PU foams as well as large CNC router systems (up to 30' x 6' x 10') 

Our turn-key solution starts at $3999 which includes the foam cutter  - electronics, mechanics and software - simply add your PC and start cutting foam.
