The FC5555 is designed for small and medium sign
makers who would like to have a great machine that can improve their
productivity.
The machine is designed for the 4’ x 4’ x 8’ EPS block size with an effective
cutting dimension of 55” X axis (Horizontal) and 55" effective cutting on the Y
axis (vertical).
This Automatic Foam Cutter is designed for 24 hour continuous operations. The ¾”
stainless steel guides provide a smooth and reliable operation. The machine has
a Teflon bearing design for harsh environments like a machine shop floor. Since
the FC55555 can easily be stored away when not in use, it does not need a lot of
space.
The first time assembly setup for the machine takes
about 2-3 hours, no drilling or soldering required.
The FC5555 is best suitable for
architectural cuts, props, letters, monument signs and logos.
