Cutting foam is a three stage process
1. Draw the shape (shapes) using AutoCAD or CorelDraw
2. Prepare the file for cutting
3. Cut the parts

The cutting software included with the FC5555, FCX448, FCX844 and
FCX848 will prepare the file for cutting and cut the parts.
User must have a CAD software that can output a DXF file format.

The FCX448, FCX844 and FCX848 come with a new laptop pre-installed with the cutting software and sample cuts and shapes

Draw the shapes in AutoCAD or CorelDraw (not included)


Load the file into the cutting software and set the cutting sequence

Prepare the file for the cut

Click on Start to start the cutting process
